Emailing ukbetting/totalbet about forgotten password

I've forgotten my password on my ukbetting and totalbet accounts. I can still login to poker as I clicked the remember password box, but they don't have that box on the casino client so I need it to be able to play there. When I try and login on their website it tells me to send to support@totalbet.com details about my name and postcode. I'm living in the US and am wondering if they won't let me play there if they find out when I tell them I have a zip code instead of a postcode, or is it OK for US residents to play there?

Crap. I sent them my zip code and got a reply:

Should I just ignore it and forget about the casino or should I explain myself. I don't remember typing in a post code when I signed up.
