Small pair on the bubble

A hand occured today on the bubble of a Poker Stars $15 Turbo SnG.

There's 4 left and I have about 2200, two others are within 200-300 of me and the big stack has around 6k.

It's folded to the big stack SB who min raises from 400-800. He has been aggressive, and doesn't seem to be out of line. I have 66. Do I push here knowing he is going to call and he sees 5 cards or should I just call and make a play based on the flop.

If you know he's going to call, I'd fold 66. And I'd need a pretty strong feeling that he would fold to push this. Most likely I fold.

The guy minraised to 1600 vs heros 2200 stack.

This TOTALLY depends on a read. Can we get a more accurate read on bigstack besides aggressive, but not out of line? If I was bigstack, this would be a very easy call for you, but vs a less aggressive opponent folding is a better option, letting the other guys gamble.

How is this an easy push? It's most likely a race, and racing on the bubble is a disaster. Looks like a clear fold.

Stop and go time?

I don't think I could fold 66 when 1/3 of my stack is in the pot as BB. You don't really have any FE if you fold and you will most likely don't get to open the next hand.

edit: if blinds are 200/400 instead of 400/800, I would fold. Was hard to figure out in the OP.

Sorry if there was confusion. The blinds were 200-400. I don't really have a great read on the big stack. He had accumulated his stack from being aggressive, but did not show down any poor hands.

If blinds were 400-800 like I thought, then yes this is a super easy push vs me. He says blinds are 200-400 though which makes all the difference. OP, why do you say you have no FE?? it's 1400 to call so I definately think you have FE. What read does the minraise give you (ie how has he been raising previously)??

Why is he minraising, could it be a trap? Is it a standard raise? How often has he been doing it? Is he capable of folding a 'steal'??

You're still healthy if you fold, but there are definately opponents I'd push back at.

Was minraising typical? Has he been reraised previously? I do need a good read to push this though. Why do you think you have little FE? Would you feel a stop and go would give you more FE?
