Choosing one audio stream out of two

I downloaded a movie that has an audio commentary track over it. The reviews of the torrent say that you need to choose which audio stream you want. I downloaded BSPlayer (at the reviewer's suggestion) but that won't open the movie. It's a mpeg4 movie, btw. Help?
