A strange evening of poker (LC/NC)
 

Came back home to Sacramento last night. Parents went to sleep, I visited a local cardroom. I played for a little under 3 hours. I left +75BB. Get this....I only took 1 hand to showdown (a 40 BB pot). I won 2 pots in the 35-40BB range up against 3 opponents each that I won with a river bet, no showdown. I hadn't played limit for several moons up until last night. Wierd.

Fortunately I was never afforded the opportunity to use my patented Jihading technique after being rivered because a. I never got rivered and b. I was strangely sober.

Cool. I'm from Sacramento too. Are there any local cardrooms that aren't 21 and over? I've only been to Jackson, which is 18 and over.
