Could the mods please...
... delete posts / warn / ban posters who make posts on making new party accounts or inquire about party rakeback?
All the information that needs to be had is out there. Now all we have to do is shut up. Could people please show their support in this thread with a simple, "Yep." or somesuch? --Dave. |

Re: Could the mods please...
I've already made clear that although I don't care about rakeback/rewards per se, that I do follow this thing because I play fulltime online at high stakes and am concerned about anything that affects the online poker economy.
My only message here with the types of posts like above, is that although this is a paid forum, it is still part of 2+2 and should always have open discussion, even when such discussion might not be in certain persons' best interest. It is clear as well, that there is a divergence in interests between bonus only affiliates and rakeback affiliates. And I really do think affiliates provide valuable marketing for online sites in driving a stream of customers to them and continually fueling the bottom of the food chain. It should be also crystal clear as well, that the real purpose of the OP in this and similar threads, is not only to limit types of conversation that they are scared party might not like and react negatively to, but also that all their rake slaves will tire of waiting for the promised reward program that party is supposedly busily working on with the affiliates, and just go ahead and say screw rakeback and open a new account themselves so they can get back to playing. And the economic bottom line in all this is that middlemen tend to be eliminated over time by market forces, and that customers have alternative choices in a competitve market. Oh, yea . . . and that party's stock ain't hit bottom yet. |

Bluff,
You are wrong... 2+2 is the best site on the net to learn how to improve your poker playing ability... it should not now become, the best site on the net to learn how to cheat the poker sites. Sunny road or Shady road... only time will tell how all this impacts the image of 2+2. |
