Party/Neteller Question

This 1k a week transfer limit isn't going to cut it. That is the max, right? Ok, say I make a new account in my mom's name and I fund it through my old party account. Can I withdraw from her account to my neteller, which is already linked to my old party account?

I think that you can withdraw to neteller accounts that are tied to old PP account you just can't use it to fund your account.
