Why does Intertops suck?
 

I was looking around for an Intertops affiliate and the 2 I saw had terrible offers. I also realized that I've never seen an Intertops bonus and no one ever talks about them here. Anyone know why they're so crappy, did party run over them last year or something?

They have a bonus every 6 months or so.

Their pay out is a bit cumbersome because you have to transfer to the betting site, then cash out to NETeller.

They are sometimes late (like 10 days) with pay outs.

Otherwise it seems to be a safe site. Poker is not their big business, betting is. They give you some good odds though. I think they use the poker window to attract customers to their betting site.

Intertops; UB and Absolute are my favorite places to play. I play Intertops when I don't have any bonuses to clear. Intertops tourneys are hella tight. Maybe as tight as a KOTZ tourney. Twice a week they have freerolls for those that have played 50-100 raked hands. They used to have a freeroll tourney that paid a spot into the WSOP main event. But they have stopped that now. Still a great place to play. Their bonus reload offers suck; they do pay slowly; you have to transfer your poker money to your sportsbook account (which takes a day) and then you can cashout to neteller. Which may take a week. Good things about Intertops: many freerolls (unlike Party); many bigger money freerolls; the dollar Free Spin/Bet tourney (pay a buck and the top 50 geta free 10 dollar spin or bet in the sports book/casino plus get money from where you finish); ring games are soft.

I have cashouts from them for 700; 400; 345; 298...and I never deposited a dime.

I like the place. In light of all the problems with Empire closing accouns. I have shut down all my Party/skin accounts except for Intertops. It is way better than Party.

Not a fan of Intertops having recently signed up.

(1) They have to e-mail you username/password. Did not receive it for 5 business days, despite e-mailing their support asking for it. Had to call twice before getting it.

(2) Minor pain of having to transfer from sportsbook to poker room. Doesn't help that site would have glitches, where when I click the account button it only opens in the left frame, not letting me see anything, so always having to right click/open new window.

(3) When you cash out, the money still remains showing in your Intertops account until the actual withdrawal. That's just weird.

(4) Withdrawals took a long time compared to other Party skins. 4 business days. I e-mailed and was told they take at "least 48 hours". I e-mailed back asking the average time, and was told "at least 48 hours", in a perfect copy/paste from prior e-mail.

(5) Signed me up under different e-mail address from Neteller as that's where I accidently e-mailed them from once asking about status of username/password.

(6) Have an old(now closed) Neteller account. Despite using my new Neteller account to deposit, requesting withdrawals go to that Neteller(complete with e-mail address), money was transferred to my OLD Neteller account which was closed and I can't access it. Had to call Neteller support, who have to go to a supervisor bla bla bla to get it fixed. Still waiting to see if I get stung for currency exchange.

I do Intertops via iGMpay and never had any of the above problems.

My only complaint is that they have odd username/passwords and you can't change them yourself. About a month ago they changed the password without warning. Kind of weird. Their freerolls are superior.
