I suppose my read at the moment was that someone hit a set or top two pair while trying to draw out on the fourth spade.

Your play looks fine, I'd play it the same.
No reason to slow down at the river.

Oh, I'm definitely curious what you've written. Every now and then I bust out into very erratic playing modes, only to test my disbelief in the fact that I'm catching so many damn cards some nights. one night I picked up 120BB over a couple of hours and it blew my mind.
