Eurobet to Neteller withdrawl declined, anyone experience this?
 

I just tried withdrawing over $1,600 and Eurobet apparently declined it, even though the money is not in the account anymore. I called neteller and they said it was not declined on their end. Then eurobet called and they said it wasn't declined, even though that's what the 'status' of the transaction on neteller. They said the money would be transferred by Monday. Is this normal? Anyone else experience this?

I had the same problem. My Neteller account says that the transaction has been declined. I E-messaged Eurobet and this is their reply (bunch of retards):

Thank you for the message,

We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request has not been declined.
Please be advised that withdrawal through Neteller is processed within one working day as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

I've had this happen to me before (on Pokerroom, but I'm guessing it could be the same thing) and it turned out that it happened only because they were randomly really busy that day.

Tried again 2 days later and it went smoothly. Hope this is some reassurance...

I had a cashout declined once from Eurobet, once from a Prima skin.

In both cases it went through a second time about a day later, I didn't have to do anything though.

What is wrong with their reply that prompts you to say "bunch of retards"? Sounds like they told you it was not really declined, and it would be processed within one working day. What's the problem?

Neteller has 2 major bugs that they don't want to admit.

1- Transfers get declined without any user intervention (specially member to member). This one is similar to your problem.
2- Some verified users email addresses are not found when making transfers.

Neteller is useless in trying to find these issues.

Eurobet unlike the other skins has very specific hours for transactions. I think they have european hours daily and off on weekends.

I know, you're all laughing right now but it's happened to me a few times trying to get cash into my neteller acct to work a bonus over the weekend and then find out that they won't do anything til Monday [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

I have no idea whether this applies or not but I had some trouble logging on to neteller earlier today. I got a server error message a few times, then it went through. So perhaps there could be some problem on their end.

I have the same situation today. Neteller note shows that transaction was declined. I had a live chart with a NT person and he said that transfer could be denied only by a merchant - not by NT. Now I will wait till tomorrow and call to UK to resolve the situation. Anyway it seems to me that life is tougher and tougher to work with NT as well as with sites.

It has happened to me a few times and only at eurobet. No problem however. It will be credited in a day or so. Get the neteller transaction # and e-mail or call eurobet if not.
