Party bonuses
 

Hello.

I just signed up for Party, and they had sent me a 30% deposit bonus on my first $150 I deposit. I typed in the correct code, and the deposit went through, but my bonus accout is empty.

Does it usually take a few minutes/a few hours for it to show up? Or should I start emailing their horrible support team?

Not totally sure. If you used the correct code it should show up. It definitely wouldn't hurt to e-mail support. You'll get a quick response, just hope that it will be readable.

It's instantly if they are going to take it. You are going to have to email them on this one.

I've emailed them twice before, and both times, the response was in very poor english in terms of both spelling and grammar. Also, instead of getting the response in 5 minutes like I did here, it took upwards of 40 minutes.

Their support has been well documeted. In fact, bonuswhores.com rates them poorly as well.

You should know better than to be results oriented. One good response doesn't disprove the general tendancies.

ive had them take a week to reply to questions before.

and none of thier CS people speak english
