Hi Yeti,

Not knowing the opponents, and assuming this hand was on UB,

1)Call (most everywhere else I raise, but I see too little fold equity from pushing here in this weird game).
2)Raise always. The amount is usually 2400 more.

After calling:

1)Call getting 3 to 1 and not loving it.
2)Call
3)Call, and I don't think it's close (with the nut flush it would be a close push).

TY for posting this.

I would like to know if you were player one and had Ax of clubs
if you would ever check this river?

I do about 30-60% of time with this action and players described

By far the most interesting of these is the third scenario, where villian 1 pushes and villian 2 calls. Hero is getting 3:1 on his money, so the question is, is he good here more than 25% of the time? Do most people play the nut flush draw the way villian 1 did, leading out with it and again potting on turn when he hits it? I don't think there is a chance he is bluffing, but I do think there is a good chance he could have 7xcc, x not being an ace.

Another thing to consider is the fact that both villians were in the blinds, meaning it probably makes it less likely that they had Axc as opposed to a limper. If villian 2 had something like 86cc, would he not play it like this? I think 3:1 is too good of a price, you'd have to call especially given how weak hero played the turn by not raising.

As far as the other streets...I'd call flop, raise turn (3/4 pot), and call in the other two scenarios.

Re: Interesting hand quiz

FYI, he posted "the answers". What do people think of what he says? And what about his friend folding 2nd nut flush on the river?

2. Same as the first scenario except the first opponent checks the river and the second opponent pushes all in for around the size of the pot. Do you call or fold?

This is the nut flush VERY often given the player descriptions.

Re: Interesting hand quiz

1. Very Easy Fold

2. Close decision and I probably call.

3. I fold

Re: Interesting hand quiz

without specific player descriptions, id call everywhere, but the second hand is a very standard line for several, several players with the nut flush.

Re: Interesting hand quiz

I am very surprised that ppl are more hesitant to fold in river scenario 2. I'm more worried about the second guy than the first.
