steal question

SB and BB are unknowns. is this good, bad or inconsequential?

Re: steal question

I would rather have reads if I were stealing this low. I would also prefer that those reads indicated I was up against tight players.

Too low. In a 3-handed game you can expect to be played back at very often. If the blinds are tight or weak or you just want to mix up your game it's fine of course but I'd rather have one high card than 2 suited low ones.

You're above my pay grade but I don't think I get it. I'm going to guess that you doubt you'll get fold(s); and any two cards almost have to be better than yours; can't see big flop cards scaring anyone calling a steal pfr; and who wants to put money in any draws with these?

Re: steal question

short of a weak/tight read on blinds , i think this is bad

Re: steal question

I stick to 76s or better, but I'm a wuss. If the SB and BB are rocks, I might go to 65s or 54s, but that's about it.

I don't do it.

Re: steal question

Unknown I would probably let it go. No high card value. With reads and tight blinds then I might steal, but probably not always. Blinds don't fold very much at 3/6 and what do you do when they call and you catch air?

You have position. Just remember that if you have to go to showdown with it, you will have a tricky table image, which is good. 3 handed you need a good bit of decption. I wouldn't recomend this play if you don't plan on sticking at that table for a while but if you plan on being there for a few rounds @ 3 handed, your going to get paid off well for your good hands.
