Another bus picture for you guys

These are buses being used in an evacuation. Maybe we should fax this picture to Mayor Nagin??

An unairconditioned bus! That's cruel and unusual punishment.

I blame Bush.

FEMA finally doing its job.

The state and the Federal Emergency Management Agency provided buses and other transportation to move evacuees, said Kathy Walt, a spokeswoman for Gov. Rick Perry.

1. Brownie is an imcompetent boob and I said as much already.

2. I didnt realize that FEMA was in charge of executing the evacuation plan of the city of New Orleans.

Exactly the point.

1. FEMA is giving assistance to Texas. In New Orleans' case, FEMA's attitude was deal with it, we will show up about a week later and see if their is anything else left to do.

2. Brownie was a Bush appointment. If you haven't noticed, a monkey throwing darts could probably do a better job of picking people (wait a minute, that might be the method Bush uses).

Appointing members of the Administration is one of the vital jobs the President has, and this is just one of almost every Presidential task that Bush fails at.

Did FEMA provide those school buses in Texas? Is FEMA executing Galveston's or Houston's local emergency response plans?

As for Bush's appointments, definitely mixed bag. He has picked some good ones, and he as picked some duds. Brown was clearly a dud.

Can you understand English? I will bold some of it for you this time:

I contend that a monkey throwing darts would have a higher success rate. Of course, this is just a complete failure of ONE of MANY vital tasks Bush is unable to perform.

don't forget to read this thread for more examples of cronyism in action.... - the fact this is going down AFTER Brown and FEMA is all the more hilarious...

I wonder sometimes if the guys at the white house just shake their heads at the antics of the monkey in chief.
