How big a raise should I make in this spot, I think a push is a bit excessive but I dont raise a third of my stack and then have to play a flop with overs out of position.

Very read dependent if he has been limping a lot of trash I might just push. If he will call any standard raise I might just check even though it's weak. Reads would be pretty helpful.
