Any way to get tracking from Java sites?

I'm wanting to play Bayou Poker (PokerRoom skin) for their 50% RB but it's Java based. Is there any programs out there that you can use for tracking stats like PT using a PC?

I wrote an email to bayou telling them I'd already be signed up a month ago with them as my main site if they had a downloadable version (in a nice, complimentary tone of course). I hope others also email them, so the execs see the demand for a downloadable version.
