So ... we've got some freshly-minted millionaires after the WSOP. Are any of the guys that made it to the final table of the ME now playing in the big game (4K/8K)? On another board someone mentioned that they saw Kanter in the big game.

Are any of the other new whales about to get pooned by BarryG and the like?

Kanter would get royally raped if he was to play in the big game. but it wouldnt surprise me cause the guy prolly thinks he is the greatest now that he won $2 mil.

Give it some more time. Most of those new "millionares" have been catching up on rest/relaxation and doing some celebrating. Next weekend I figure things really get going. I'll be watching.

Not quite the big game, but I saw Allen Cunningham playing 1k/2k at the Bellagio. Dunno if that's new for him.

4k/8k with a mix of games from hold em to stud to lowball etc. It's held at the bellagio, and it's regulars are monsters like Brunson, Ivey, Chip Reese, Barry Greenstein, Chau Gang etc.

THat doesn't mean much! Hell, Clonie Gowen is a Full Tilt pro.

That said, Allen has been a high-limit player for many years.

Good question. Actually, the new "big game" might be DN's $500K heads up matches. But, 4K/8K has traditionally been the "big game."
