My first 5/10 decision

Im playing my first ever 5/10 table
I was watching this table for about 20 mins and there are 2 donkeys in this game, but they are not involved in this hand.
UTG doubles the blind, 3 or 4 callers and I call with AJh on the cutoff.
Flop
Ace King 6 2 spades, 1 heart
UTG bets 30, UTG+1 makes it 60 folded to me and I make it 180, UTG folds and UTG+1 miniraises back.

I h ave not played with the villian in about a year when I played 1/2 with him. He was god awful back then, but in the time Ive been watching has not gotten out of line at all. What is my move?

Fold.

You can probably fold the first time it gets to you.

AJs is pretty speculative to call the initial min-raise from UTG, but your position is good, and it looks like it will be a big, mulit-way pot. Once the flop comes AKx with 2 spades and you get a bettor and a raiser prior to you, I think folding is better than raising. You really wanted to play this for a pair and a flush draw, or a J-high TPTK rather than TPWK with the possibility of somebody having AK or AQ (or 66, since some guys insist on min-raising in EP with low pockets). Once you 3-bet the flop and get yet ANOTHER min-raise from UTG, I think you have to fold. It's as if he WANTs you to call. What could he have that WANTS you to call? AA, KK, AK, As Qs, or whatever - but they all beat you.

I like folding for the 60 on the flop. I really can't see us being ahead here, and even if we flat call we don't close the action. There's another hand coming in 60 seconds- let's see that one instead.
