Having trouble with a maniac

I host a home tourney with a $25 buy-in. My Uncle comes over and is always drinking and after about 1 tourney he gets a little drunk and starts raising and going all-in. It seems like when I call him he has something and puts me out, but I know he can't have something every hand. I have read and applied THE PSYCHOLOGY OF POKER but he still gets the best of me. Any ideas on things that might help my game against this maniac?

1. Sit to his left.
2. Wait for premium hands.
3. Stomp on him when you are sure you have the best of it.

What type of hands are you calling him down with now?

Ace with suited, wired jacks and queens. But the hand that put me out last time was: I had 9 2 in the big blind and checked it. The flop was 6 2 9. He put me all-in and showed a 10 6. The turn was K. The river was a 10. Thanks for your advice I'll try that.

A with suited??? does this mean an Ace and any card of the same suit? if so then those aren't the kind of hands you want to be playing against anyone, nevermind a maniac. Also the two pair suckout isn't anything you did wrong.
