Russian card game preferans/preferance?

Just saw on TV a group playing Russian card game preferans/preferance. This game looks complicated. Anyone knows where I can find rules to this game? As I understand it's often played for money. How does the betting work?

I used to play this game in russia when I was a lot younger but i forgot most of the rules.
