25 50 NL on UB hand with AA in big blind

I hold Ah Ac in the big blind a super Lag on button makes it 375 to go, I reraise to 800 total...(is this a mistake here) Flop is J 3d 9d with 2 diamonds. I move in for 3k he beats me in pot, ( was this error) Turn is 4c river 6d he tables AJ off suite and I take it down, did I risk losing him preflop with the re raise, was the push on flop good or should I have check called perhaps if he was to push? I know hes super aggro and me only having 3k in front of me looked weak to him and his big stack?

Your reraise was a little on the small side. ($1000 would've been a nice round number.)

But you played the hand fine.

I would consider just calling preflop and check-raising the flop allin.

Your way is fine too.

Damn I need a roll fast to get in this game. Anyone else find this hand looks alot like a ssnl hand?

Im not trying to be mean, but Id consider moving down in limits just a bit until this stuff is pretty basic to you. Even a move down to 5-10 will allow you to learn alot quickly without risking so much cash. But if you are some millionare doing this for fun, then go ahead and play for 5k a time.
