this is a WA/WB situation.

i would probably raise the turn and commit the villian. if he has top 2 then nh. doubtful he's got 22, so we're only worried about 77.

i'm thinking he's just got a naked J here.

These situations suck. Even with reads, there's not much you can do.

My thoughts:

- Villian limped preflop. This makes it much more likely for him to be on a pocket pair than big pockets (QQ-AA)

- He raises the flop, and continues to bet when no overcard hits. HOWEVER, he pushes all-in on the river. Let's think about this:

If you were holding something like AJ, raised the flop got called, then bet the turn and got called, would you really push all-in on the river?

IMO, most likely holdings are:
22,77, J9

That being said, I'm completely torn as to how I'd change this line. I might fold the river, but fairly read dependant

call the flop raise and lead the turn. then go from there.

I think youll see qj, aj, kj, j10 here enough to make the call profitable. No read, but at 25NL on party this is very possible. Those on 25 will go all in on TP more often than you think.

My plan was to call flop and lead a blank turn. But I wasn't really sure where I stood- does anyone think a c/r A.I. on turn would have been better?

That flop bet sure looks like 77 to me...if he's tag, a fold is correct, yes?

Maybe. But then again, I have no reads. I need to get PT I think. Any more responses before I give results?
