I hear the arguments for mucking PF?
 
well, there is a lot of action I was planning on c/raising to knock out all hands between the raiser & I but when SB lead I think the raise is necessary.

Please comment on the pf/ flop / turn.

I don't often call preflop, depending on the opponents. But every street looks fine to me.

If you muck this in the BB what do you play for a raise from the CO? This can be tricky to play post flop, but you are giving up too much here with 9-1 on your money.

I don't even consider folding preflop. You can play fit-or-fold poker and turn a profit with this hand, especially when you can recognize bad situations like this one and get away cheap(er). Well played.
