Northen Quest Casino

3/6 is like an easy clean. They also spread a 2-10 spread limit game which can be good @ times but also attracts a lot of old rocks.

I have been playing at the MGM a lot lately, good soft games. But low limit.

Any low limit game at Greektown immediately after a Detroit Tigers game.

Ugh, completely true. I went to a day game and afterwards played some poker to validate my parking. I was totaly drained by sitting in the sun and cheering and stuff, played terrible at 5/10.

i sat at a 3/6 game with a bunch of 2+2ers (random not planned) at nypc. It wasn't a maggofest or anything but it was like 5 or 6 solid players and like one sucky guy. I don't have a ton of live experience but it was the toughest game i've played in. I suspect it was on par if not tougher then your average 20/40 game though.

Any game in Las Vegas from 10/20 and down.

To quote Walter Cronkite, "and that's the way it is."

The two softest 2/4 games are at the Sands in AC and Luxor in Las Vegas. There are only inexperienced players and calling stations. $8/hour is a pathetic expectation in these games

My First Lux 2/4 experience was coming to sit down at the table and some drunk woman counting out quarters to call a raise.....Jackpot...But seriuosly the quarter thing with the dealer on every flopped hand is annoying.

Id say at least 15-20 for a good player is doable...I dont tip on all pots in 2/4, and when I do its not usually more than $1.50...thats just dumb at 2/4.... Unless that asian brush guy at the Lux sits down to prop and starts chasing his 2 outers...then its tough

You want tough???....try the Lux's 1/2 LHE game!!! 1 hour lesson first!

Is this true? I always feared competition at Vegas. I had this notion that people played well. Am I wrong?

[/ QUOTE ]

The key words here are "from 10/20 and down". Go higher than that and your fears, in general, will be a little more justified.

It depends on the game. The 15/30 at the Wynn had several resident retards when I sat, and the 20/40 at the Mirage looked juicy on all days that I was there (although I did not sit in the 20/40 game).

One day when I sat at the Mirage 10/20 it was full of tough players.

As previously stated, the 5-150 spread limit at Casino Arizona is ridiculous.

[/ QUOTE ]

Is this correct? I'm tempted to think that this is supposed to be 50-150 spread, but that sounds way to high to be a weak game.

Re: Rate the weakest game you know!

Quicksilvre, the 5-150 spread is really a quasi no limit game... In Arizona there is a law against playing NL, so they set it up as 5-150 spread...
