This forum sucks.
 

I ventured in here after reading a post in OOT complaining about the moderation of this forum... and I must say that whatever MMMMMM does, he sure as hell has his hands full. Almost nowhere in here do I see reasoned debate, only people flaming each other randomly and spouting extremely polarized views.

In all, this forum is worthless, and lives up to its reputation as the worst one on 2+2.

If this is even close to as bad as OOT, I'll eat my own penis with a poached egg, OOT doesn't even have polarised views, just mindless ramblings. Also this is a lot better than the Small stakes weak-tightness forum.

Well, considering that I have read this forum for all of 5 minutes, briefly perusing about 3 random threads, I'd have to say I didnt know you've been having an outbreak of them lately.

OOT is infinately more entertaining. The views on here are just people spouting, but in OOT some interesting things are actually discussed civilly (yea, they're random, but so is life). And OOT can be hilarious, as well as useful for advice in social situations, decorating, etc.

I've posted in SS about 5 times total - and havent been in there for months so I can't comment.

considering pretty much every thread is fundamentally the same i have to agree. there are two paths of politics forum threads.

-liberal starts a thread bashing conservatives. conservatives flame liberal, call them stupid, make up 'facts' and say they are more patriotic than liberal. say they will follow bush no matter what.

-conservative starts thread about how great GWB is. liberal smears bush, conservatives say that the liberal 'just doesnt understand' or they go the other route and say: a) they, as someone on the right, are oppressed daily by the vast, overreaching liberal, 'conservative oppression team.' or b) call liberal a socialist.

the best part is that its pretty much the exact same like 8 people flaming each other for the last 2 years...funnnnnn.
