Is Absolute Bonus Party Over?
 

Did anyone else just get an e-mail offering a $20 redeposit bonus up to 200%? Did they just mistype that or are they switching from their usual $600 a week reload bonus model?

If you click on the Absolute TV video thing the girl says 20% up to $200 so I presume it is just a typo.

It's a typo, i just got it.

Although note that the code is case sensitive - i put it in lower case, and had to email the cashier to get them to credit it. Which took them a whole 15 minutes.

If you're annoyed with them for some reason, just say so. Invoking mysterious 'other people on your behalf' is just lame. Personally i think they're a great little site, and their email support is super friendly and nice. They also have some very tasty little fish to go with their bonii.

(1/2 Fixed FR) I got 52 in my PT right now with VPIP>30 and PFR<4 (only 10% of all players in database)...And I only have about 3,500 hands there...21 of which have VPIP>50...It's not many but it's a start...I think the games will get better now that everyone is leaving because of the change of bonus terms. I won't devote as much play there as I would have under the old rules but if the games continue to get softer It will be pretty nice. According to my numbers at 1/2 limit full ring I still get 25 raked hands/table/hour (Rake>0.50) and the bonus still doesn't count against rakeback as far as I know so it still seems plenty profitable...

When my AK is continually cracked by A3o and A8o calling raises preflop and bets on the flop and hitting two pairs on the turn, I think Absolute has plenty of questionable players and I can only hope more of you TAGs are fed up with Absolute's "bait and switch" bonus terms as well as the so called rockish games and leave en masse...

Cause Absolute's rakeback is done by a third-grader who doesn't understand order of operations, not mixing units, and getting things done close to on time.

Maybe other reasons as well.

I didnt... but i guess i cashed out today on the last reload(5th or so?) so i cant recash in!

Oh well, Cant clear it at .50/1 anyhow due to changes so not like th $500 ive got to clear will run out anytime soon. blehh

could someone enlighten me on the changes in the rates for clearing the bonus? i cant seem to find the info on their site.

im currently playing .50/1 limit to clear the bonus and have noticed that the points started accumulating a lot slower a week or so ago.

The minimum rake for a hand to qualify is now .50 and it used to be .25

For those playing at lower limits like .50/$1 tables, it will take far longer to clear the bonus (a LOT more than twice as long).

If in doubt, look to the scroller at the bottom of the lobby. Reload bonus info is usually the 2nd thing listed.

Because some of us havent been paid in 2 and a half months.

The whole RB and bonii at AP is going to be gone soon...I gaurantee it.

Plus whoever said that their Email support is good??!! 30 Emails later I still havent been paid. I literally have a group contact in outlook that has their promotions, affiliates, support....and every other Email address to them Ive found...(including Seif's!!) and I send a complaint letter to them everyday. They respond saying one day they dont undertand my complaint, then they say they are very sorry and are fixing it, then they wont return Emails, calls....They have by the end of the week to get me my money or I'm going to casinomeister, and posting a very detialed LONG post here.... Im sure you guys cant wait to read that, but I have to do something.

The Coupe de Grace is that I plan on posting their 800 number here at the end of the week too. I you guys look closely on their site...there is no way to reach AP by phone, they dont advertise a phone number. I have it.... and Im going to make it public Friday so all the pissed off people here can just influx their 7-8 man shop in Costa Rica with complaint calls....Hopefully I can put this all behind me with them but seriously to put it in perspective I have one micro-player alone that has made me over 500.00 in a a few months...

I freakin' hate these people and I will do anything in my power to hurt their buisness until i'm finally paid.

As much as I hate them...this comment has no basis in reality. 6 max is fish-laden (especially micros) and only the worst players wouldn't make money there. Seriously a small site doesnt jump another 4500 or so players in a month, and stay there consistantly if the games were that bad...and plus Im not that good and I school these fish.

1. They do not always send out an email.
2. If you turned off the popup on login, go to announcements-view pop up, once a day, and read it.
3. Watch the scroller at the bottom
4. There is a reload approx 3x/week.

I remember when the Absolute bonus was 20% up to $100, and all you had to do was play 100 raked hands and keep your money in there for 30 days. I must have taken $1000+ before they ended that party.
