Need Fantasy Basketball Assistance

Ok, I know precisely jack about Basketball. I never really followed the sport, and am only playing fantasy because I'm a degenerate gambler, and in attempt to get a bit more into the sport. Having said that...

League scoring: FG%, FT%, 3PTM, Pts, Reb, Ast, Stl, Blk, TO.

My Lineup:
PG M. James (Tor - PG)
SG L. Hughes (Cle - SG)
G B. Jackson (Mem - PG)
SF S. Marion (Pho - SF,PF)
PF D. Marshall (Cle - SF,PF)
F M. Miller (Mem - SG,SF)
C B. Miller (Sac - C)
Util J. Terry (Dal - PG)
Util S. Jasikevicius (Ind - PG,SG)
BN B. Knight (Cha - PG)
BN Q. Richardson (NY - SG,SF)
BN B. Simmons (Mil - SG,SF)
BN K. Cato (Orl - C)
BN G. Hill (Orl - SF)

It's a 12 team league, and FA's are very thin. I hate to paste the list, so is there anyone "hot" at the moment that I should check for? Are there any deals I should be looking to make? I'm doing well with %'s, 3's, TO's, and assists, but am severely lacking in rebounds, blocks, and points. Any players I should specifically target to fix this? Any players I should try to move? Does it look pretty grim for my team?

Thanks for any help anyone can give me with my team, as I know nothing about fantasy basketball.

Please don't tell me you spent your third round pick on Hughes... ugh.

Drop QRich now, he blows. Pick up the best rebounder out there (I have no idea who's out there). Sell high on Mike James and Brevin Knight. You have plenty of PG. Try to package the two of them, or maybe Terry too, for a solid PF.

Go to www.baskeballmonster.com and input your league's scoring system. It will reveal all.
