HU, how big a stack differential becomes significant?

In your opinion, in heads-up play (whether cash or tourney structure), how much of a stack difference is required to make things one-sided in PL or NL?

Let's assume the ratio to the blinds is very large, so that's not a factor (think 60:1 or greater)

Is 55:45 too much of a stack edge? 53:47? less?

In other words, if you were the shorter stack, how much of a difference against less than world-class players would feel like an "unfair" disadvantage?

BTW- $6000 vs $5300 is close to 53:47

The bigger the blinds are compared to the stacks, the less skill is involved. IMO, stack sizes matter more when the blinds are smaller (ie. stacks are deeper). That way, more postflop skills comes into play whereas in a shorter blind structure, its push or fold poker.
