77 hand 5-10

This hand is tricky to me so im interested in some of your opinions. It's a full ring AP game. 5-10

UTG1 limps, everyone else folds to sb who raises, I have pocket sevens and immediatly 3 bet, the limper caps and we both call.

FLOP: Q Q 6 rainbow

I'm thinking at this point with the minimal info I have on this guy is that he's probably one of those guys who limp reraises with his aces or kings to make sure no one folds preflop, but i'm still confused because I've seen people limp reraise with garbage quite often.

anyways sb checks, I bet, he riases, sb folds, this is where I got confused, I could just call down and hope he has AK and doesn't spike a card on me, or fold and never know, or I'm just completely dominated. I wanna see some lines you guys would take against this guy thanks
