Fixing my AJo leak for a while

Hey everyone... trying to fix my game cause I'm sick of losing. AJo is definitely a losing hand for me. Here's a hand I had difficulty with:

Party Poker 1.00/2.00 Hold'em (10 handed) link

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 1 folds, Hero raises, 5 folds, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, BB raises, UTG 3-bets, Hero calls, BB calls.

Turn: (7.75 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, UTG bets, Hero calls, BB folds.

River: (9.75 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11.75 BB.

UTG is a fish 37.5 VP$IP, 4.48 PF RAISE %, 0.61 AF
BB is sLA-P 20.55 VP$IP, 6.51 PF RAISE %, 0.72 AF

Bad to raise AJo from EP? Am I calling 2 bets back to me after the flop or am I ditching it at that point? Two players have told me they have strong hands. When the Q and the K hit the turn and river, I figured whatever hand the fish has, he made it on the flop. I was basically praying for J3 from him. Bad assumption?

you can probably fold the flop to UTG's check 3-bet.

Depends on the table, but at 1/2 I will many times raise from here. Once the flop gets 3-bet from an AF that low and it's two back to me, I'll fold top pair. People with low AF's really do know when they have a good hand--and they tell you.

Edit:missed the c/r--definite fold

Fold the flop

I open-raise AJo from any position, and almost always isolate 1player

I have no idea what snowmen means... I guess it's two eights.

For the OP. I fold the flop after the check/3-bet.
