perhaps a stupid mistake?
 

so i deposited $ for the june party bonus and cleared it a few days ago. cashed out a day after that. now tonight i tried to do the IGMPAY bonus, which for some reason didn't work. and since it didn't work i immediately withdrew what i deposited. was this stupid, how can it not raise numberous red flags? i kinda could use the money for other sites and prefered to not have it sit in my PP account.

Did you write customer service for the bonus?

I had to write to customer service to have all but one of the IGMPAY bonuses issued.
