I know the thread says 'unlucky' but my favorite 'lucky' hand is 10 5. Yes, I said 10 5.

You must like making all the possible straights.

Not really. I hate J6-J8. Q7-Q9. Etc..Don't think I've ever once played 94o... but somehow I realized that I've gotten lucky many many times w/10 5.

I usually play it standard. (in the blinds only, or maybe the button as a limp if its suited and I have a crapload of chips...)

Usually trips. Sometimes two-pair.

bwahahahahahahaha

Dude. He was saying you must be a fan of T5 because it makes a lot of straights. Which of course it doesn't make ANY (with both cards), so that couldn't possibly be a quality of the hand that makes you prefer it.

It was hugely sarcastic and pretty funny...but you missed it

I did miss it didn't I? :-(

Though...I like to think that 10 5 can make straights.

For one - it can make a 6 card straight. How cool are those?

And what about the flop:

6 7 8

I probably have the nuts w/ a 9 or a 4 - and can easily get a way from a turned 5 or 10.

More points for 10 5.

To all you naysayers, my sample size is 815k hands in which either I or my opponent holds AJ.

[/ QUOTE ]

You've played 815k hands where you or your opponent hold AJ and have lost all 815,000? That is unlucky.
