Playing UTG Loosely

I'm sure this idea is moronic, but it's been on my mind for a little while, so let me know what you think about the idea.

To raise UTG, you have to have a monster.
To limp UTG, it looks like a trap (limp-reraise).

Do any players loosen up UTG to see some flops cheaply?

I've been thinking about this too. If you're playing a lot of thinking players, I think It would be profitable to play a bit more loosely. Raising with more hands UTG, like KQs, AJs, TT, etc. and even limping some hands like TJs or small pairs. limping with a monster UTG doesn't work unless you limp with non-monster hands, or else there's no deception to it and you're basically playing with your hand face up. also, if you limp with TJs UTG and get raised, you can always be tricky and re-raise, representing rockets.

Limp less with premium, raise more with different hands.

Limping does one thing, GET YOU IN TROUBLE. Especially in limit. If you don't know how to get away from AA in a multiway pot when it looks like you're beaten after you limped UTG your better off not limping. And I know exactly what goes through your mind, "I got AA and he doesn't know it so I got him". 1st thing that goes through my mind in a NL tournament game when some schmuck casually limps UTG is "He might have AA be careful". I would much rather raise with 89s then limp. I can easily get away from 89s and my opponents have no idea what I have, also if they call most likely both my cards are live.
