Crystal Park Casino Closed?1?

Read in the New York Times that, allegedly, Crystal Park Casino in Compton, CA was revoked casino licence. Is this true? Insufficient amount of cash funds on hands to operate.

I wonder if it was more its location, or poor management that most contributed to its demise.

Any comments?
