Phil Hellmuth is a moron

For always telling everyone how much he loves folding. I just watched the WPT Lucky Chances and he is reraised almost every time he opens a pot.

By always writing about how he hates playing big pots he is inducing his opponents to make him do just that.

You do realize how heavily edited these WPT broadcasts are, right?

For all we know, they probably edited out each time Hellmuth folded.

imm pretty sure he is more succesfull than you.

Phil Hellmuth is smarter than you think

By making himself have such a tight image, he causes people to lay down better hands more often than they should. I don't think that most players would be gutsy enough to reraise hellmuth with trash, for one thing he is good enough at reading to detect weakness well and another thing he knows the way people perceive him from the way he is depicted on television and what hands they show.

Hey jackass, the Lucky Chances event was filmed before Phil's book was released, and before he wrote most of the article's talking about how many big hands he's laying down.

Ummm, those were all hands he knew he didn't have the best of it. I believe one of them was 32o. Simple steal attempts gone awry.

That was the Final 6

I think he was tlaking about the early and middle stages of a tournament in regards to folding
