Mid pocket pairs in EP in middle levels

I apologize for the noobish post.

Basically I'm unsure of how to play 66-99 in early position, with middle sized blinds, a stack of between 11 and 15 big blinds, and 7-9 players. For example, in the Party 50-5, say I'm UTG with 77, 1100 in my stack, blinds 50/100, 9 players. I always feel uncertain of the proper play. Raising is uncomfortable, limping isn't much better, and folding feels a bit weak, although less so with 66 obviously. How do you generally approach the situation? Thanks in advance to anyone kind enough to indulge me in this rookie inquiry.

utg 8 people 77 blinds are 50/100 and you have 1100 chips?
I think this is an easy muck, but change one of the variables and you have a different play. For example could play 99/TT from here or if blinds are 15/30 you could or if you had 3k chips you could think about it.

I also have this problem, I hate flat calling and yet I see the pair and can't seem to let them go....

Another leak identified - I just need to fix it!

Cheers
