Weird hand

Villain is 47/61/2.3 on a total of 85 hands

I question my play on all streets by the way, but it still leaves me wondering what line would be optimal here.

Im in the BB holding 9c9h, UTG limps, all fold and i check

Flop (2.5SB)

Qh 4d 10c

I check, BB bets, I call

Turn(2.2 BB):

10s

I check, UTG bets, I check-raise, UTG 3-bets, I fold

just check-fold the flop? Raise preflop? Call down on turn? Wuddayallthink?
