Fallsview Rake Lowered

FOr all interested. Fallsview in Canada lowered there rake back to 10%/5 dollars after ALOT of complaints from the players.
However on a side not they have alot I mean alot of new dealers which was a tad painful.
I am happy to report the players are still the same though

I have never seen a cardroom do this before. It's a first. I guess they want local action not just tourists........

Do you mean $5 max rake or $5 on time charge games? Do they even have time charge games? If so it would suck if the dealers are as slow as you indicate. I still haven't seen Fallsview and unless I hear at least one person say something good about it I may never.

Re: Fallsview Rake Lowered

the raked games, timed games are still the same [the NL games]

the rakes were lowered to something "reasonable" again. all rakes were poped 2 dollars about 2 months ago, and now just re lowered

the games and players are terrible, so the actions good.

I dunno how happy I was about this but heres an example,
I am UTG with Aces, i of course raised, EVERYONE called, to the SB who 3 bet, I of course capped and EVERYONE called. Needless to say they got cracked ..by....q/6 suited....on the river...

i still out up 30BB

Step in the right direction anyway!

Those of us who play in WA where the rake maxes out at $3, of course, are not exactly going to come stampeding eastward for this.
