River bluff raise

Ive been running good (for a change!) and shown down some good hands as well as some thin value bets/raises.

BB is loose passive, utg just sat and posted so hes obviously a tard, sb seems fairly typical, maybe a little loose passive.

Doesn't a large portion of UTG's hands consist of weak/mediocre tens? If he's an UTG posting tard, is he folding any pair?

Re: River bluff raise

1) did you already know that sb and bb suck?

2) I'm not sure about this but short handed I find the sng to indicate top pair. In full ring games, it often indicates a new draw or a newly made pair or a pp. But now that I look at it even if it means a new draw, your still screwed.

3) the blinds could have the spade flush and they just look like they suck enough for one of them to call with any pair.

good to see you're still insane

this is totally standard for me. they all muck 90% of the time.

i love it when someone posts UTG - i struggle not to raise any 2 cards in your spot - QJo is a monster

i worry that a poster will call down and show me something revolting like AK or 33

stripsqueez golden rule number 14 is that when you bluff raise the river and it doesnt work you must assume you are a chook - if it does work you are entitled to believe you are a poker deity for as long as it takes to deal the next hand

Don't you mean you get called at least once 90% of the time?

There's certainly a time and a place for this, but I kind of doubt UTG's firing a busted draw into 3 opponents.
