Can I get business cards without having a job/business
 

I really think it would be awesome to have business cards with my contact info on them so when I meet someone, mostly girls I can just say "we should get together sometime", and hand them my card and walk off, instead of scrambling for a pen and paper. But I am a college student and don't have a job. Can I still have business cards without having a job?

yes. in fact many people do this so they have a card to give to future employers so they can actually have a business to put on their card.

you can actually get the cards for free from a lot of places. just pay shipping. yes, not technically free, but mad cheap. google it.

No. The Companies who make business cards get an employment history before they let you buy them.

Also, I always thought people who gave out business cards non-professionally were huge tools.

In the olden days, people used to do this commonly. They had "calling cards" they would leave with a family if they came to visit a member who wasn't home, etc., to show that they'd come by. It fell out of fashion, but it was a great idea then and still is.
