zubbles - colored bubbles
there is an article in popular science about this pretty eccentric scientist that spent 11 years working on making colored bubbles.
it is a decent read and can be found here (pop sci) a company that is going to likely make a bunch of money from these things has the product Zubbles, which has pictures and video on their website here (zubbles). i had never considered colored bubbles, but these things look pretty sweet. as far as bubbles go. http://www.zubbles.com/images/gallery/photoGallery6.jpg |

didn't there used to be some rubbery goo you blew up with a straw and made bubbles? They were colored bubbles, although not "soap" bubbles.
