Anyone listen to Jandek?
 

Wondering about picking up his albums, not looking for the acapella, but either acoustic or electric stuff is fine. looking for a recommendation... only because he's got about 42 albums out there...

he's a bit of a mystery apparently. not many people know too much about him and he's kept it that way for years.

he's a musician.

As far as I can tell, they are all basically the same within genres (acoustic versus electric, etc) and they all basically suck once the indie rock novelty value of listening to a weird Texan loner who has self-produced a million albums wears off.

really? i was just interested in hearing it, maybe i'll just d/l some popular tracks or something and see if its worth the time.

its real esoteric, so i figured it would have to be hard to get into or even like. thanks for the info.
