Any way to lay down KK preflop?

I have been burned many times with KK versus AA preflop. When i'm playing small stakes I get players going all in on a wide spectrum of hands so it is hard to gauge what people have. In a recent hand i had a player raise before me, i go over the top, then he pushes for quite a bit more. This to me looks a lot like AA but because im playing small stakes this sometimes could be anything like KQ or 99. Has anyone been able to lay down KK preflop at small stakes?

Depends on the player your up against and the situation. KK runs into AA 1/17th of the time.

I'm never laying down KK in a small stakes heads up situation unless I have a strong, strong read on the player.

(The only people I have a read this strong on are some of my local live home game buddies.)

The only way I lay this down is with an amazing read or I've built my stack way up and villians stack could do major damage to mine. I usually leave the table if I get up that high however.

Yeah, you throw your cards face down in the middle of the table.

In all seriousness though, I think I've only folded KK pre-flop once and it was very deepstacked, multiway against a lot of aggression.

Why would you leave a table that doubled you up...?

The only time I ever did it was against a similar player...it was funny watching 88 beat him too.

This is the only time i have ever layed down kings. I think most of the time it is incorrect to fold, but sometimes you may have to think about it a bit more. Or maybe im just giving the 25NL players too much respect..

At low limits the answer is no, although I had a decent feeling I may be behind to UTG+1. People push pre-flop with all sorts of donk ass hands at this level.
