It's turn based, emails you when its your turn. So if we don't finish a game, you can continue whenever. If everyone is around, the games take about an hour or two at most. I've played one with friends who travel a lot that has taken a few weeks.

wow, there are like at least 5 other places where games take way way way quicker.
