I'm on the button with 3k
Sb has 7k
BB has 3.5k

Play has been pretty tight, but the BB has begun to ramble about how awesome he is at poker.

Blinds are 75/150

I open up for 450 with two 8's. BB calls.
Flop 10 6 7 rainbow. Pot is 900.
I bet 450, he check-raises all in.

Call-Fold?

I don't think there is any way I could call that. Heck, even if the blinds were much larger, I expect to at least see top pair when they check-raise like this.

ive been known to call stuff like that. people think you will contin bet which you did and then they can steal it because they think you dont have a 10 7 or 6, or they can have the 7 or 6, i think you might even see this move with lower pocket pairs too.
