What hands that c/r there that I 3 bet are calling that I beat?

any 2 pair hand that includes the case 6 (which, from the looks of the rest of the hand, is a likely candidate for villain's holdings).

oh, SB raised preflop... well, theres still a good chance he's slowplaying AK or something. You're only beat by a better set here, so I still think a 3-bet has value.

It's likely villain thought you were trying to steal this little pot and is trying to snap off your bluff. I'd definately 3-bet this.

Good thing I didnt, as villian had KK and MHING. Its stuff like this why I suck at 6 max.

You're being out-come oriented. Villain played this hand very poorly. It would have been funny, in a sad sort of way, if he'd won only $2 with a set of kings.

Personally, based on the way this played out, I'd have 3-bet all-in with this river, and the lost my stack. Then, after I finished swearing, I'd make a note on the fool and re-load.

You definitely at least make this call. This particular Villian didn't start loosening up until he was over 100 bucks (I think I was sitting to your left at the table...buttom right)
