Put it all in on the flop if you think you're ahead. Your river bet is pretty bad, and will only be called by hands that have you beat.

You should've bet more initially on the flop. Particularly if you would've bet more with two pair or a set there. From there, you played it fine, results are unimportant.

So jamming the hell out of the flop here is okay? When he raised me to $5 I was nearly positive I was looking at a set, and then decided that this was as good a place as any to get the money in.

Yeah, you have a huge draw but you don't want to miss and face a big bet on the turn, plus it may be hard to get paid off if you do hit, so playing hard on the flop is fine.
