Bet 2/3 pot, fold to raise, C/C blank river, C/F heart river.

Ugh - this is ugly. He might be on a set of Js. AJ isnt out of the question for a tight player especially if they are suited. I'd bet about $15 here and fold to a raise.

On the flop I would have bet $7 to get MP thinking you might have a set instead of TPTK. It could be that villian is trying to disguise the flush draw with the min raise with AKh. I can't imagine a check raise with AJ since it is second pair and the strong preflop raise that you made.

I would 2/3 pot on turn but I find I still overplay TPTK type hands.

Am I being to aggro in these types of situations? I just feel I am against flush draws so I want to make them pay.

Hope the river was an A and they were on JQ!

So they had a boat, and hero had top two? Great.

Bet $20 on turn. Fold to a raise.
Bet $20 on non-heart river, fold to a raise.
Check heart river, fold to a large bet.

Wow, I think pocket 2's are likely here. Someone that agg pre prob rr'ed pre w AA, KK. What's the chance he has only other 2 Q's or J's, possible. His flop size raise could be a set but more likely a medium hand trying to cut off a continuation bet. Could he call pre w KQs? Could he try to buy a free card w a draw?

22 is my greatest worry. I check this turn and let him either take his free card or try to value bet his huge hand against what he may think is nothing(since your bet could've been just a cb).

Hero only has $40 left, so how could he bet $20 each on the turn and river and then fold to a raise?

I think gol4pro has the best answer so far but I suck at NL. Any other opinions?

I know that you haven't seen villain do "anything crazy", but what situations have you seen him min-raise in? Does he semibluff? If so, lead the turn for $20 and fold to a raise. If villain calls, check/call any non-heart river.

I don't like the flop call. However, I'm not sure that reraising makes good sense absent a read.

Re: AQ hand, 50NL

Most tight players don't call raises w/ AJ (suited or unsuited). I personally think he is raising w/ AK of hearts here. He could also have a set of 2s. A lot of tight players won't call raises w/ small pocket pairs but a lot do based on implied odds. He could also have JJ or QQ but those are unlikely since all 4 of either would be out. He could also have AQ. Therefore, his most likely holdings are AhKh, AQ, or 22, with an outside chance of QQ or JJ.
