Tarentino does a effed up movie? NO WAY!

I haven't been to the movies in a while so I may go see it just because of him.

Re: hostel

Tarantino has nothing to do with this movie, other than putting his name on it. Was written and directed by Eli Roth, who did "Cabin Fever".

If that's the case then eff that movie. Yahoo movie pages has him as a producer so I guess his work was finding a hot extra and getting blown to get her in the movie.

I want to see this movie solely because I stayed in a bunch of hostels while travelling through Europe. It'll be a fun look back!

Hopefully this cookie cutter horror trend will die out and then five years from now we can all look back and ask 'Why don't they make any horror movies anymore' and laugh and cry and then read this sentence and think "cookie cutter?, that's a great name for a serial killer! I'll have him kidnap the stars of Real World v. Road Rules and put Morgan Freeman on the case!".

And that movie will get made because the world needs it to be made.

Re: hostel

OP:

This movie does look somewhat stupid...HOWEVER...
Travelling aound europe you do meet a lot of hot chicks who want to take you to cool little hostels in odd corners of the city, and I've followed these sorts of people to hostels and it is somewhat nerve racking since there is a chance that you will be mugged rather than housed. So the premise of the movie does actually seem terrifying, tho' no doubt not as scary as CookieCutter 4: In Space! (Starring Sigournery Weaver as the Alien) or Cooki-Cutta In Da Hood (with Jada Pinkett-Smith as Woo Lookout-Damn!)

Don't Go In There,

I want to see this movie, but I plan on backpacking Europe this summer and staying in hostels so I guess I better not...
