Trips meets river semi-donk bet

Was my line too weak? I've only recently started playing limit holdem online again, most my play being live with the typical low limit California breed that will play any hand before the flop but won't bet or raise without the nuts.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 3 folds, Hero raises, 1 fold, SB calls, 1 fold, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (7 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, SB calls, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (5 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, SB calls, UTG+1 calls.

River: (8 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 bets, Hero calls, SB calls.
