Gl guys just opened it up since I can't sleep. Also, pretty cool, you actually get to play some poker at empire mtts, huh. Im so used to playing bingo at final tables at the sites I play at. lol.

Finished first on a loosish/pot odds call. Never actually won one of these before although I've been bad beat out of a couple - thanks for the sweat.

Now I'm only a couple of grand down for the month, lol.

edit: not much to talk about, I was getting 1.9:1 so if there was any chance he had overs I had to call. I didn't think he had much so I probably should've CR'd more but it didn't make any difference in the end.

Congrats man, glad my chips went to good use.

FWIW, the Happy hour and the rebuy have been gold mines for mesince the Empire/Party split. THe happy hour is always an overlay, most of the players are ABC, and I've taken more out of Empire in the last 6 weeks playing 2 tournies a night than i did playing 40 hours a week of 15/30 for the 6 weeks before that.

Anyone looking to work on their game would do well to get involved. THe blinds increase slowly, the fields aresmall so you cna work on deep stack play, bubble play and final table play fairly regularly. I think my tournament game has improved 300% in the last 2 months, but maybe I'm just running good. I even bumped my Stars account up by 3K plus a trip to the bahamas.
